Terms of Service

The deal
Motivation Club is a private social accountability app for small groups of friends. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Motivation Club.
- You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your sign-in method secure.
- One person, one account. Don’t impersonate other people.
Your content
Posts, photos, stamps, and everything else you create belong to you. By posting, you give us the limited license needed to store your content and show it to the members of your club — that’s the only thing we use it for. Delete a post and the license for it ends.
House rules
- Clubs are for friends. Don’t use the app to harass, threaten, or abuse anyone.
- Don’t post illegal content, or content you don’t have the right to share.
- Don’t attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Club owners can remove members from their club. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
Not medical advice
Motivation Club is a social app, not a fitness or medical service. Activities you log are your own choice and your own responsibility — listen to your body and, where appropriate, your doctor.
The service, as-is
We work hard to keep the club running, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us to use the app — which, since the app is free, is zero.
Ending things
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service or its members.
Changes
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above and note it in the app. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept them.
